Just a little something to make my friends jealous. At least the ones that are still little boys at heart. :-) I always have wanted to have one of these. Everyone told me they are hard to fly. They were RIGHT. I'm working on it though.

It turned out to be a good subject to practice my product shooting with as well.  For you techies out there.  This is shot with one light.  Hmmm????  What's with the background light?

Ok.  So we've got orphaned puppies, a curly headed two year-old, a blue Sunday dress and matching hairbow.  Can it get any better?  Well maybe I'm biased.

Mary and Cathrine

Mary and Cathrine's company sells horses overseas. Obviously their website, along with mailings, are a critical part of the companies image. I shot this image for their promotional materials.  The off center crop not only adds interest but allows for text on a print page.

There are a number of things I like about this image. Mostly striking to me is the angle of the light. I love how it accentuates the dirt picked up by the horses against the shadow of the woods behind.

What a neat shoot. I'm going to try to convince brides to take some time for a pre-wedding day bridal shoot from now on I think. Lorrie's wedding was a few months ago, but we shot some for her after the fact. It was so cool to be able to work without the stress of the wedding day timeline.

I met Jamie at a bridal shoot recently. She had some ideas for makeup that she wanted to test out. I think she did pretty good.
